These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of leisacupuncture.com (the "Site") and the clinical services offered by Lei's Acupuncture. By using the Site or scheduling care at our clinic, you agree to these Terms.
Lei's Acupuncture is an independently operated, Florida-licensed acupuncture clinic located in Winter Garden, Florida. Clinical care is provided by Lei Dong, L.Ac., AP, NCCAOM Diplomate of Acupuncture. We are a founding partner clinic of Harmony Pain Alliance (HPA), a patient referral and information platform; HPA does not own, operate, or share medical responsibility with Lei's Acupuncture.
Our clinical services include licensed acupuncture care for adults, with practice areas in pain management, neurological recovery, pelvic floor support, and sleep concerns. Specific treatment plans are determined on a case-by-case basis after individual evaluation. Acupuncture is a complementary therapy and is not intended to replace primary medical care.

If, in our clinical judgment, your condition is outside the appropriate scope of acupuncture care or requires evaluation by a physician, we will refer you to your primary care provider, a specialist, or to emergency services as warranted. We encourage you to keep your primary care provider informed about all treatments you receive, including acupuncture.
Appointment scheduling is provided through Jane App. Please refer to your booking confirmation for our cancellation and rescheduling policies. Repeated no-shows may affect future scheduling.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, interfere with its operation, or use automated tools to scrape content. The content on the Site, including text, images, and design, is the property of Lei's Acupuncture or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (for example, Jane App for booking, NCCAOM for credential verification). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third-party sites.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
