Effective date: May 7, 2026
Lei's Acupuncture is committed to making our website and clinical services accessible to people of all abilities. We believe that everyone — including people with visual, hearing, motor, cognitive, or other disabilities — should be able to learn about acupuncture care and reach our clinic with ease.
We aim for leisacupuncture.com to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines define how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities.
Our ongoing accessibility efforts include: semantic HTML structure with descriptive headings; alternative text on meaningful images; sufficient color contrast for body text and disclaimers; keyboard-navigable interactive elements; descriptive link text; and a responsive layout that adapts to mobile devices and assistive technologies.
Our main website (leisacupuncture.com) provides content in English, Spanish (Español), and Chinese (中文). Language selection is available in the site header. We are working to extend trilingual support to this Accessibility Statement and to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service in a future update.
We acknowledge that our website may have areas that are not yet fully accessible. Known limitations as of the effective date include:
We are actively working to address these areas. If you encounter an accessibility barrier not listed here, please let us know.
Our physical clinic in Winter Garden, FL is committed to reasonable accommodations for patients with disabilities. If you need specific accommodations for your visit (for example, wheelchair access guidance, large-print intake forms, or extended appointment times), please contact us in advance so we can prepare.
If you experience difficulty accessing any part of our website or clinic services, or if you have suggestions for improving accessibility, please contact us. We aim to respond to accessibility requests within five business days.
You can reach us through our About section, by visiting the clinic, or by phone (please see our home page for current contact details).
This site does not require an overlay or third-party accessibility widget to function accessibly. We rely on accessible code, design, and content as the foundation of our accessibility commitment.
Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time project. We periodically review our website against current WCAG guidelines and update content, code, and design accordingly. Updates to this Accessibility Statement will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of leisacupuncture.com and our clinic. Your input helps us identify barriers and prioritize improvements that benefit all visitors and patients.
